Shipping policy

Shipping with Wacky and Wonderful is meant to be the boring part, in the best way: free, trackable and predictable, with no surprises between checkout and your doorstep.

Free delivery across the United States

Every order ships free within the United States, whatever the size of your cart. There is nothing to add at checkout and no minimum to reach. Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States.

Delivery times

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
Transit time: 3 to 7 business days
Total delivery time: 4 to 9 business days

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding US public holidays.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Saturday, enter processing the same day. Anything placed after that moment is processed on the next business day.

Tracking and updates

The moment your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow the journey from our door to yours. During busy periods or severe weather a carrier can need a little longer; if that happens we keep you informed rather than leaving you guessing. If your package is lost in transit, we send you a free replacement, or a full refund if the item is no longer available.
