SECTION 20 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return window. The window is 60 days, starting on the day of delivery. Condition of returned items. Items should come back unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging, with any tags still attached. No restocking fees. We never charge them. How to start a return. Email us with your order number and we guide you through each step. Return shipping. Costs are borne by the customer; a trackable method is recommended. Damaged, defective or wrong items. Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send you a free replacement, or a full refund if the item is no longer available.
